Gary Stahara - Founder, President

Having grown up in the Bay Area of California, Gary has lived in Arvada, Colorado since graduating CU Boulder and has happily planted deep roots here.

After graduating from CU Boulder with a degree in Economics Gary worked in outside sales before founding Pinnacle Properties, Ltd. in 1991. With the simple formula of providing a high level of service, and the backing of proud property owners, Pinnacle Properties, Ltd. has provided it's Tenant's with quality office properties at fair prices for over 16 years. In addition to commercial real estate management and leasing, Gary also manages a self storage facility in Arvada, CO.

Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children, visiting our National Parks, shooting digital photography, web developement, and other new computer and software technologies.
